In order to guarantee the quality and the safety of our products “Pasta Corona”
has sent up a system based on the HACCP principle; checks are made all along the production process from the delivery of the prime materials to the shipping of the finished product.
The suppliers of the prime food ingredients are carefully selected and the entire production process is monitored by the strict analysis of raw ingredients, semi-finished goods, finished products and work areas to insure adherance to applicable laws and the correct use of internal production procedures.
In accordance with the law CE 178/2002 all products are constantly monitored to guaranty their traceability.
