The use of very fresh eggs coming only from hens raised in open range farms using only vegetable based feed is the heart of our pasta.

These characteristics make the difference and determine a superior quality product.

The eggs are cracked one by one in a special department, to allow a strict control during the phase that precedes the preparation of the dough.
