160 GR CANNED BEANS
2 TBS TOMATO SAUCE
½ ONION
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Chop the onion and simmer in a pot with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and tomato sauce.
Drain the beans and cook with a little added water for at least 30 minutes.
Add the quadrellini and cook for 5 or 6 minutes more.
