EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Heat a little oil in a pan add the sliced onion and the 2 zucchini cubed.
In the meantime in a pot mix the cream and gorgonzola and stir to heat.
Cook the fettuccine in abundant water when ready drain and put in the pot with the cream and gorgonzola and mix well.
